Bluegill completed the migration of Jefferson Water and Sewer District's website from a mainly static html and flash driven site to a rich and dynamic Joomla web design. Thanks to the Joomla content management system their content changes can be controlled quickly to alert their customers of board meetings, projects, as well as offering their customers access to online bill payment.
Additionally they can now share information quickly and easily with their vendors and board members without the added complexity of using ftp clients. Large files can now be shared quickly and easily where email once limited them. All of this can be done in a secure fashion with individual user access control. New features are continually added to the site by Bluegill as needed for JWSD's business. Site updates and reliability are also managed by Bluegill to give JWSD peace of mind while allowing JWSD to quickly update their site simply by emailing Bluegill.
