Bluegill Computing Terms and Conditions

Backup Your Data
Bluegill Computing will not backup any data on your product unless specifically requested to do so. Data backup will be billed at the agreed upon rate unless otherwise included in your services working agreement.

Payment requirements & Late fees
Onsite visits for service have a minimum charge of 1 billable hour. Remote services involving diagnosis or repair of the client’s device have a minimum charge of .5 billable hours. Services rendered are payable by invoice which Bluegill Computing will generate upon completion of requested work. Payment is expected within 15 days of receipt of invoice. An additional late penalty of 5% of the invoiced amount will be added if payment has not been received within 30 days. Payments that have not been received within 90 days will be submitted to a collection service. Clients requesting hardware purchases of $1000 or more will require a payment of half the total invoiced amount at procurement with the remaining due upon delivery.

Abandoned Products
Repaired computer systems that have not paid for or requested in-office service are available for pick-up for 45 days after completion at the Bluegill Computing office. After 45 days the client will be charged a $40 storage fee. Systems that remain at Bluegill’s offices for longer than 60 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Bluegill Computing.

Software & Remote Support
Bluegill Computing may install software on your computer that it deems necessary to repair your issue. For software installations, Bluegill Computing may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf. Bluegill computing may also use tools that allow remote access to your mobile device or computer.

Limitation of Remedy

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Bluegill Computing’s liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release Bluegill Computing from liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Bluegill Computing is not liable for loss, alteration or corruption of any data or loss of any media from your product.

Privacy Policy
The information and data handled by Bluegill Computing will considered private and will not be shared or sold to any outside party. Bluegill Computing may use technology that allows for remote diagnosis and repair of client computer systems.

Disclaimer
In no event shall Bluegill Computing, LLC, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors or suppliers be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Bluegill Computing, LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Revisions to these terms and conditions.
Bluegill Computing, LLC may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating our website at http://www.bluegillcomputing.com/terms. All revisions to these terms and conditions are effective for transactions after the update. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
